A 42-year-old Kalispell woman who was hit by a truck as she walked across Montana 35 in Evergreen has died.
The Montana Highway Patrol says the woman, whose name has not been released, was struck shortly before 10 p.m. Wednesday. She was taken to a Kalispell hospital, where she died Thursday.
Troopers don’t think excessive speed played a role in the crash, but they are investigating if alcohol was involved.
