Bail Set at $50K Each for Couple Charged with Rape

Bail was set at $50,000 each for a Whitefish couple charged with giving drugs and alcohol to their babysitter and raping her.

KCFW-TV reports 23-year-old Kory James Hubble and 20-year-old Nadine Lyons made an initial appearance in District Court Monday on a charge of sexual intercourse without consent.

Court records say the girl told police she received drugs and alcohol from the couple before the assault.

Whitefish Police Chief Bill Dial says the case is still under investigation.
