10:26 a.m. Reportedly, cats in Somers have been forced to live in an “unhealthy” environment.

10:26 a.m. A man on Hilltop Road in Columbia Falls was acting weird.

11:26 a.m. A man on Lone Star Trail reported that the neighbor kid was shooting his pellet gun at his dog. He thinks his dog may have been hit.

3:00 p.m. Reportedly, two intoxicated men were harassing female joggers on Fifth Street West.

4:32 p.m. Someone reported that they were verbally assaulted by a panhandler holding a pickle.

4:44 p.m. Someone called in to discuss the state of the transient camps along the Rails to Trails bike path.

6:30 p.m. A resident on 11th Avenue East apprehended two young girls who apparently “graffitied” the area with sidewalk chalk.

10:19 p.m. A dog on Dolphin Drive barked for approximately one hour.

11:02 p.m. A Helena Flats Road resident reported that a woman in a car has repeatedly driven by their house screaming, crying and honking her horn. Apparently, she was in an argument with someone.
