The Wave Aquatic and Fitness Center completed its facility expansion, including the new locker and changing rooms, family changing rooms, the all new Children’s Depot expanded day care, a spectacular rear entrance complete with juice bar and a state of the art exercise room, and more.
“We couldn’t be more excited to show off the rejuvenation efforts given to our existing facility as well as the extraordinary addition of over 8,000 square feet to our family and fitness areas,” said Art Krueger, director of the Wave Aquatic and Fitness Center.
The Wave also unveiled its all new “Synergy 360 Life Fitness System,” which will combine several popular total body,dynamic exercises into one system that helps personal trainers to more effectively train individuals and groups. The Synergy 360 gives users fun, unlimited ways to exercise.
The Wave also introduced Back to Balance Massage Therapy under the direction of Tashia Washburn.
