Obscenities in the Night

By

8:52 a.m. A habitual thief was once again caught stealing from a store on Highway 2 East.

10:40 a.m. A man on North Hill Lane reported that he found and, at the time of the call, was “de-icing” a stray Chow mix. It was taken to the animal shelter.

11:16 a.m. A Bigfork resident spotted an armed man stalking a pack of wolves that were feeding on a carcass on Echo Chalet Road. The caller was concerned about stray bullets and other residents. The wolves, not so much.

12:00 p.m. Someone reported that he slid through the icy intersection on Meadow Lake Boulevard.

1:52 p.m. A woman on North Cedar Drive found someone’s Christmas cards lying in her flower bed.

6:16 p.m. Reportedly, a man repeatedly pushed a large garbage can into traffic on Highway 2 East. Apparently, each time the can was removed from traffic the man would scurry out and shove it back into traffic.

9:05 p.m. A Hungry Horse resident was heard screaming obscenities at the sky.
