9:04 a.m. A speckled dog and a black dog were seen running together down Shadow Pine Lane.

9:21 a.m. Two excitable black dogs were seen running down Cobbler Village Terrace. They were rounded up and reunited with their back yard.

10:56 a.m. Reportedly, an intoxicated man clutching a can of beer stopped traffic as he wandered across, and briefly stopped, in the middle of Highway 2 East.

12:13 p.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that she found her stolen ring at a local pawn shop. Apparently, it has been missing for ten years.

2:05 p.m. A woman on Shawnee Drive in Bigfork called in to discuss the bad habits of her neighbor’s free-range cats.

2:13 p.m. A stray hound dog was spotted on Mcmannamy Draw.

4:51 p.m. A Marion woman found a bullet lodged in the wall of her daughter’s bedroom.

6:45 p.m. Someone called 911 to report that a large group of kids were playing basketball on Second Street in Martin City.

11:23 p.m. A man claiming to be Barack Obama was seen throwing rocks at passing cars in Columbia Heights. A passerby who was nailed twice by the rocks stopped and gave him a ride to Hungry Horse, where the man who was determined to be either the president or a secret service agent planned to purchase knives and other weapons.
