Drunken Hijacking

10:57 a.m. A resident on Eighth Avenue West reported that someone broke into his Jeep at some point during the night.

12:00 p.m. A Chihuahua and two other equally small dogs on Fourth Street West have been accused of incessant yapping.

11:31 p.m. A report was made regarding a disgruntled employee and his idle threats.

12:14 p.m. A stray collie was picked up on Highway 83 near Bigfork and taken to the animal shelter.

1:55 p.m. A local woman reported that someone wrote “RIP” with their finger in the dust on her vehicle.

3:04 p.m. A highly intoxicated woman in high-water pants awoke from her slumber at a local golf course and, according to one employee, made an aggressive attempt to hijack a maintenance truck. She was picked up by her mother.

11:02 p.m. A Kalispell man reported that he was being harassed by the 12-year-old boy who bought his cell phone. He was advised to block the boy’s phone number.
