10:32 a.m. A woman on Solberg Drive found glass shattered at the end of her driveway and when she went out to clean it, her neighbor laughed at her. She has since found more glass in her driveway.
11:50 a.m. An unrestrained toddler was spotted in the backseat of a car traveling down West Reserve Drive.
1:25 p.m. A woman on Shady Lane complained that the neighbor dogs are mean to her poodle when it goes outside.
1:57 p.m. The manager of an Evergreen restaurant was heard shuffling through a parking lot during an accidental call to 911.
2:21 p.m. A resident on East Evergreen Drive reported that the neighbor woman tore he mail up and threw it in the ditch. Apparently, this is an ongoing problem.
2:44 p.m. A vehicle that was described to be reddish-orange and square in shape was seen spinning out in Marion.
