Missing Manhole

10:15 a.m. A concerned Kalispell resident called police to report a missing manhole cover. They were worried someone would fall in it.

2:29 p.m. A Glacier National Park ranger found one of the park’s chainsaws at a Kalispell pawnshop.

2:34 p.m. Someone on White Birch Lane reported a young man was walking down the street and screaming before lying down in the snow.

3:27 p.m. A Columbia Falls man called to report that a rifle had been delivered to the wrong address. He opened the package before checking to see if his name was on the box.

6:15 p.m. A Bigfork man called to say that his girlfriend tried to jump out of his truck that morning and she is now telling people that he had tried to push her out of the vehicle. The woman had also allegedly sent 67 threatening text messages.

10 p.m. A Kalispell resident reported that their nephew got a threatening text message stating that if the text’s sender didn’t have their money by the 15th they were “going to have a talk.”
