Filmmakers Celebrate Release of Indie Docu-Style Thriller

Whitefish actors Adam Stilwell, Adam Pitman, Nathaniel Peterson, and Aaron Roos star

A group of local filmmakers known as BadFritter Films will screen their latest independent feature film, “The Triangle,” at The O’Shaughnessy Center in Whitefish on Thursday, Aug. 4 to celebrate the release of the film on digital platforms including iTunes, Amazon, Google play, Vimeo and Vudu.

The film was shot on location in a remote area of Montana north of Billings and features native Whitefish actors Adam Stilwell, Adam Pitman, Nathaniel Peterson, and Aaron Roos. Current Whitefish resident David Blair and Sarina Hart also star. Stilwell, Pitman, Blair and Peterson directed the film, along with University of Montana alum, Andrew Rizzo, who also stars in the film.

“The Triangle” is unrated and not appropriate for children or young teens. It contains non-sexual nudity, recreational drug use, strong language and scenes with emotional intensity.

Doors open at 7 p.m., screening starts at 8 p.m. followed by a filmmakers’ Q&A and a special surprise for the audience. Tickets are $10 at the door. For more details visit www.facebook.com/TheTriangleMovie
