BILLINGS — Montana Highway Patrol says it found about 50 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop.
The Billings Gazette reports that patrol Sgt. Craig Baum says the driver was pulled over Tuesday afternoon for speeding. Baum says a K-9 officer approached the car and the trooper got a search warrant after the dog reacted to the vehicle.
The driver was arrested.
In addition to the 50 pounds of marijuana, Baum also found some hash oil.
