They’re Not Coming Back

7:39 a.m. A Kalispell man drove off with $20 worth of stolen gas.

8:53 a.m. A Columbia Falls resident called to report a deer in his front yard that needed to be shot.

9:10 a.m. A local car rental business called to report that a customer failed to return their rental four days ago. They think customer stole the vehicle.

10:50 a.m. A Hungry Horse man called to report that he knows for a fact that someone is hiding in a nearby cubby.

1:18 p.m. A maroon suitcase was sitting on the side of the road. The man who called it in “thought it was strange.”

1:26 p.m. A Kalispell man’s fishing rod was stolen.

2:33 p.m. An object was removed from the middle of Montana Highway 35.

3:46 p.m. A Kalispell woman who sold her car to a friend was ticked off because the buyer did not replace the license plates and now she has to pay a parking ticket because of it.

5:08 a.m. An inmate was released because of a paperwork snafu. Someone was hoping a deputy could get out there and pick up the inmate again.

6:14 p.m. A Kalispell woman called to report that she got a text from an unknown number accusing her of stealing an off-road vehicle. She insists she did no such thing.
