A 95-year-old Missoula man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound outside the Lake County Courthouse in Polson on Tuesday.
Lake County Sheriff Don Bell said in a press release that his deputies received a report of a man in a car with a gun at about 4 p.m. on Sept. 26.
When deputy’s responded from inside the courthouse, they found the man deceased. An investigation determined the gunshot wound was self-inflicted.
