I am writing to offer my wholehearted support for Gerald “Jay” Scott, the Republican candidate for Flathead County commissioner.
I have known Jay Scott for more than 30 years. Throughout those years he was a leader in 4-H, had his own siding business, was a rancher and I was fortunate enough to have him as my boss at the Flathead County Fairgrounds. He can talk and discuss world topics with young 4-Hers as well as the top entertainment for the county fair. He worked side by side with the non-profit organizations as well as the small businesses in the county.
As a man, Jay holds strong family values. He’s hardworking, dependable, truthful and has a world view that mirrors that of most of the constituents of our beautiful county. He understands business, scheduling and budgeting. As a county commissioner, he will represent the people of his district honorably and will ensure that all the people’s voices are heard in the Flathead County.
Gerald “Jay” Scott has the common-sense approach and drive needed to make a difference in the future of our county. I cannot stress enough my confidence in Jay.
