Flathead County officials say a woman found a body near the railroad tracks in Evergreen, just northeast of Kalispell.
Officials say the woman was walking her dog about 5 p.m. Monday when she spotted the body.
Sheriff Mike Meehan said the man’s body had been there for several days. The body was taken to the state crime lab for an autopsy and identification.
Meehan said he no reports of anybody missing.
