HELENA – A spokeswoman with the Department of Public Health and Human Services says there have been no cases of swine flu confirmed in Montana.
Bonnie Barnard, supervisor of the Communicable Disease and Epidemiology Section, said Thursday that more than 100 samples have been tested, with none showing positive for the H1N1 flu virus.
She says they are still seeing seasonal influenza. Those who are sick are advised to cover their coughs, wash their hands and stay home from work, school, day care or large gatherings if you have flu-like symptoms.
