BOZEMAN – A $1,500 check will buy a bison dinner at Ted Turner’s Flying D Ranch and a tour of the property, with Turner himself as the guide.
The Greater Yellowstone Coalition is preparing for its biennial fundraiser at the ranch near Bozeman. The environmental group, which counts Turner as a board member, says about 10 of the 60 tickets remain available.
Events planned for July 11 at the Flying D include a driving tour of the nearly 113,600-acre ranch, cocktails on Turner’s patio and the bison dinner prepared by a caterer.
