BILLINGS – Authorities have arrested a 27-year-old man who walked away from a Billings prerelease center earlier this week.
Members of a U.S. Marshal’s task force arrested Dustin Teter on Thursday. He is being held in the Yellowstone County jail without bail on a felony escape charge.
Teter walked away from the prerelease center Tuesday night. The Billings native was sentenced for criminal endangerment in Yellowstone County in January 2008 and arrived at the center on March 6.
Details of the arrest have not been released.
