A Whitefish man was killed and his wife was injured in a Fourth of July boating accident on Flathead Lake.
Deputy Coroner Dorothy Browder says Travis Wickum, 27, and his wife were in a boat that was struck by another boat.
Browder says it happened about 11:30 p.m. Saturday, three miles east of Lakeside.
No information was available on the wife’s condition.
The Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks is investigating the accident.
