Bozeman Considers Selling its Old City Hall

By Beacon Staff

BOZEMAN – Bozeman officials are still trying to decide whether to sell the vacant City Hall to a company that wants to redevelop it and the neighboring fire station.

The Bozeman City Commission is expected to decide Monday whether to continue negotiating with West Chester, Pa.-based Weston Solutions, Inc. The company has proposed paying $900,000 for the building on Rouse Avenue and Main Street. The company also wants to build a new fire station in conjunction with the city in exchange for the fire station next to the old City Hall.

Bozeman’s former City Hall has been vacant since employees moved to new offices in the old public library in September.
