HELENA – Public health officials say a southwestern Montana resident died this week after being hospitalized for complications from the swine flu.
Lewis and Clark County Health Department administrator Mike Henderson confirmed the death on Friday.
Henderson says the person who died suffered from other health problems.
Health officials say this is the state’s second death related to the H1N1 influenza. A Roosevelt County woman, who also suffered from other health issues, died in August.
