Whitefish Man Claims $100,000 Montana Millionaire Prize

By Beacon Staff

HELENA – A Whitefish man who says he purchased 31 tickets in the recent Montana Millionaire game has claimed a $100,000 prize.

Montana Lottery officials say Michael Rogers bought his winning ticket at Mike’s Conoco of Whitefish.

Rogers says he bought 60 tickets — at $20 each — for last year’s drawing.

He says he plans to donate $10,000 to his church, pay off credit cards and invest some of the money. He also plans a vacation back to his home state of Florida.

Two $10,000 prizes, one $100,000 prize and the $1 million prize have not been claimed.
