Glacier Bancorp Releases Pricing of Stock Offering

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. has announced the pricing of a $132 million common stock offering.

Officials with the Kalispell, Mont.-based regional holding company said Tuesday they will offer almost nine million shares of common stock at $14.75 per share.

Glacier Bancorp provides commercial banking services in 60 communities in Montana, Idaho, Utah, Washington, Wyoming and Colorado. It conducts its operations primarily through 11 community bank subsidiaries throughout those states.
