HELENA – The Montana Republican Party says Michael Steele, the chairman of the Republican National Committee, is scheduled to give the keynote address at the state party’s platform convention in Billings this weekend.
State party chairman Will Deschamps says Steele is scheduled to give the keynote speech at the convention’s concluding banquet on Sunday.
Steele was scheduled to keynote the Montana Republican Party’s winter kickoff event in February, but a blizzard shut down most air travel out of Washington, D.C.
