Flathead County officials have released the name of a 31-year-old Kalispell man who was electrocuted after a car crash in which he knocked down a utility pole.
The sheriff’s office says Roger E. Baker helped two female passengers escape the burning vehicle after the crash at 1 a.m. Wednesday. Investigators believe Baker then grabbed an energized power line, causing his electrocution.
He died at the scene.
