GREAT FALLS – A Great Falls man has been accused of giving marijuana-laced brownies to four teens, including his own son.

Norman Lutz is facing several felony and misdemeanor criminal charges.

The station reports that Lutz is a medical marijuana card holder. All four teens in question have tested positive for THC, the primary active chemical in marijuana.

Lutz has a criminal history including three felony convictions.

His bail has been set at $15,000 and he is not allowed to possess or use marijuana.

It was not immediately clear whether he had retained a lawyer or posted bail.

An attempt by The Associated Press to contact Lutz in jail Tuesday was not successful.
