MISSOULA — Two northwestern Montana residents died in a motorcycle crash on state Highway 56 near Troy.
The Montana Highway Patrol tells KECI-TV that a 60-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman were northbound on a motorcycle at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday when the motorcycle failed to negotiate a turn. Both were thrown from the bike. Neither was wearing a helmet.
The victims are from Troy. Their names haven’t been released.
