MONDAY 1/18
12:18 p.m. An employee of a local gas station has video footage of a break- fast burglary that occurred some time yesterday. Items missing include bis- cuits and gravy and a cup of co ee.
1:05 p.m. Reportedly, a man in a purple Subaru got out of his car and yelled
at those attempting to control tra c near a wreck on Talbot Road in Co- lumbia Falls.
5:20 p.m. An employee of a business
on Highway 2 East reported that last week someone came in and stole milk, cereal, and about 44 ounces of soda.
6:46 p.m. A man on Highway 35 in Ka- lispell reported that his friend’s friend stole his dog and has refused to return it.
7 p.m. A Kalispell woman is 99 percent sure her polka dotted purse was stolen from her locked vehicle.
11:29 p.m. A gas station beer thief was tracked down at the nearby McDon- ald’s.
TUESDAY 1/19
6:59 a.m. A Columbia Falls resident called in with a log of his neighbor’s dog’s barking habits.
7:39 a.m. A resident on South Wood- land Drive reported that whoever ran into his mailbox last night left part of their grill behind.
8:25 a.m. A Kalispell resident com- plained that the neighbors routinely toss trash out their back window into the alley. An o cer stopped by and ad- vised them to pick up their mess.
8:52 a.m. One cow was seen standing in the northbound lane of Highway 93 North.
11:11 a.m. An employee of a Columbia Falls business reported that a woman in a white car was in the parking lot, slumped over the wheel of her vehicle. Apparently, she ran out of gas and was waiting for a ride.
1:50 p.m. An irritated resident on Hele- na Flats Road reported that a habitual nuisance was back in his white pickup, spinning donuts in the neighborhood.
2:16 p.m. A White sh woman is miss- ing her washing machine and suspects that someone may have stolen it.
3:34 p.m. A Kalispell resident wanted to know if it is legal to own a rooster, because the neighbors have one and it’s a nuisance.
3:43 p.m. A resident of an apartment complex in Evergreen reported that a man who was told not to use the dumpsters did it anyway.
7:15 p.m. A man called 911 to report that someone pointed a laser light at him as he was driving down West Re- serve Drive.
9:36 p.m. A man was overheard talking about his handsaw during an acciden- tal call to 911.
THURSDAY 1/21
9:08 a.m. A local woman found her stolen long board at a Kalispell pawn shop.
9:53 a.m. A mutt that appeared to have one eye sewn shut was seen running down Peters Creek Way with its Lab- rador companion.
11:09 a.m. A resident on Wilson Heights found his missing handgun.
1:19 p.m. A Kalispell man claimed that his soon-to-be ex-tenants caused some sort of damage on the “septic area” on the front lawn.
1:30 p.m. Someone witnessed two hus- kies chasing cows in a eld o of Air- port Road.
1:53 p.m. A tractor was vandalized in Coram.
4:10 p.m. Someone saw a black Lab with a white chest on Birch Grove Drive.
SUNDAY 1/24
3:16 p.m. A Hungry Horse resident reported that his neighbors have been throwing trash into his yard. He would like them to be charged for their activities.
5:09 p.m. A man who had stolen ve pieces of clothing from an Evergreen business made a frenzied run for it. He made his way across the parking lot to a nearby fast food restaurant, where he used the bathroom and changed clothes. Apparently, he left his stolen booty behind and was soon after ar- rested.
5:57 p.m. A woman reported that a package she had sent to her daughter was delivered to the wrong trailer and that the occupants of that trailer had the package, but refused to hand it over. A deputy apprehended the pack- age and delivered it to the correct ad- dress.
10:49 p.m. A Columbia Falls man re- ported that he and the other occu- pants of his car had been deliberately rear-ended by an ex-girlfriend. He claimed that after she rear-ended him she made a desperate, but unsuccess- ful, attempt to run them all over. No one needed medical attention.
