9:08 a.m. A Coram resident called to complain about a train horn that was apparently stuck in the on position.
9:26 a.m. A woman called to report that she let a friend borrow her car for three days in the middle of January but that two weeks later it had not been returned. She called back later to report a rumor that the vehicle was being sold at an area gas station.
2:44 p.m. An area man called to report that he had responded to an ad for a trailer on Craigslist but that every time he called to inquire about the sale some kids picked up the phone and called him names. The man be- lieved this was suspicious.
6:04 p.m. Flathead County Detention Center sta  called dispatch to report that someone left a cat in a cage under a coat in one of the visiting rooms at the jail. They wanted animal control to remove the feline visitor.
MONDAY 2/1
10:07 a.m. A man reported that he sold a camper to a woman nearly a year ago but he has not received any payment for it.
3:13 p.m. A woman on Battle Ridge Drive called police to report that a plow truck driver was going too fast through the neighborhood and that al- most hit two streetlights. The woman was also annoyed that snow had been piled in her driveway.
4:48 p.m. A man called in to report that his neighbor’s dogs keep escaping from their yard. When police arrived, Tommy and Tucker were both safely in their own yard.
11:24 p.m. A White sh man called to report that his soon-to-be ex-wife stole his phone.
TUESDAY 2/2
10:15 a.m. A concerned Kalispell resi- dent called police to report a missing manhole cover. They were worried someone would fall in it.
2:29 p.m. A Glacier National Park rang- er found one of the park’s chainsaws at a Kalispell pawnshop.
2:34 p.m. Someone on White Birch Lane reported a young man was walk- ing down the street and screaming before lying down in the snow.
3:27 p.m. A Columbia Falls man called to report that a ri e had been deliv- ered to the wrong address. He opened the package before checking to see if his name was on the box.
6:15 p.m. A Bigfork man called to say that his girlfriend tried to jump out of his truck that morning and she is now telling people that he had tried to push her out of the vehicle. The woman had also allegedly sent 67 threatening text messages.
10 p.m. A Kalispell resident reported that their nephew got a threatening text message stating that if the text’s sender didn’t have their money by the 15th they were “going to have a talk.”
WEDNESDAY 2/3
7:11 a.m. There was a pony standing in the middle of Cottonwood Drive. 12:45 p.m. A woman on Woodland
Drive called to ask if she can kick her
30-year-old daughter out of her house. 12:58 p.m. A Somers man called to re-
port that he was just threatened by his neighbor who happened to be “drunk as a skunk.”
1:10 p.m. A woman in Columbia Falls was packing her car for a business trip when her dog ran o . The dog re- turned home soon after.
2 p.m. A Bigfork school o cial called police after he received a strange call from a father stating a Mexican gang has kidnapped his daughter. The o - cial found the girl safely in class. Upon further investigation, the father said he received a call from a friend in Cali- fornia stating that his daughter was in jeopardy but he later determined the whole thing was a scam.
THURSDAY 2/4
9:54 a.m. A man called to ask if he could keep a gun in his glove box.
11:35 a.m. A Kalispell resident called to ask what they should do about the cat stuck under their house.
1:03 p.m. A woman on Blue Lake Lane reported that a neighborhood dog was chasing deer.
SUNDAY 2/7
2:20 p.m. A man on Farm to Market Road found a bunch of his neighbors’ mail under his trashcan.
3:04 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that her neighbor’s dogs were barking. The barking has become such a prob- lem that the woman now keeps a “bark log.”
9:57 p.m. A Hungry Horse bartender called police after a patron he just cu o  punched out a window at the bar. At the time of the call, the patron was walking down the street to the next tavern.
