The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC), Trust Land Management Division, Forest Manage- ment Bureau is beginning an Environmental Assessment for the proposed amendment of ARM 36.11.432 and ARM 36.11.470. The proposed amendment would establish
settlement agreement into DNRC adminis- trative rules within six months of the date of the entry of the order.
Montana DNRC invites the public to comment during the scoping period for
the Environmental Assessment of the proposed amendment found in the Montana Administrative Register published on January 8, 2016, for 30 days. Please submit all comments to the contact below.
