6:40 a.m. The likely intoxicated driv- er of a red Subaru was seen swerving down Highway 2.
8 a.m. Tools were reported stolen out of a truck that was parked on Bay Harbor Drive in Bigfork.
8:33 a.m. An employee at a Kalispell business found one “fake” $10 bill in her till.
8:47 a.m. A resident on East Evergreen Drive reported that her new mailbox, and all the others before it, have been destroyed. At the time of the call, her mail and trash were scattered about her yard.
9:53 a.m. Someone traveling down the bypass reported that an erratic driv- er in a lime green Volkswagen darted across the center line and nearly hit him.
11:37 a.m. An employee at a fast food restaurant reported that a man in a maroon Pontiac reached out and at- tempted to “taze” him while at the drive-through window.
1:05 p.m. A man called in to report that the couple who kicked him out of their house last night won’t let him have his stu .
1:50 p.m. An employee of a Kalispell casino reported that a woman came in and attempted to cash a stolen check.
3:04 p.m. A Coram resident found his vehicle’s stolen wheels at local pawn shop.
4:14 p.m. A sheepdog and an English bulldog were chasing horses on 12th Avenue in Kalispell. The bulldog was apprehended, but the sheepdog re- mains at large.
5:10 p.m. An infant dialed 911.
7:46 p.m. An employee of a Columbia
Falls casino reported that two kids tore the wiring out of one of the neon signs.
8:47 p.m. A resident on Echo Lake Road reported that every day at the same time someone in a “suped up” pickup with a loud motor speeds by his house. He hoped a deputy would come out and pull the guy over.
11:07 p.m. A woman on Kings Way claimed that she couldn’t let her dogs out because a stray retriever with an unknown disposition was sitting on her porch.
TUESDAY 2/16
9:16 a.m. A Columbia Falls woman re- ported that she let her son borrow her car last year, but he has yet to return it.
9:19 a.m. A Bigfork resident was bitten by a cat.
10 a.m. A Columbia Falls man reported that his tools had been stolen some- time during the night. He has a sus- pect in mind.
10:07 a.m. A resident on Dogwood Ave. reported that his female neighbor slapped him across the face him when he confronted her over dog-related problems. He didn’t want to press charges, but wanted her advised to stop the slapping.
12:18 p.m. A woman on Mountain View Dr. complained that a little yellow puppy is constantly in her yard chas- ing the chickens and eating their food.
2:24 p.m. Someone was seen driving a blue Corvette at approximately 100 miles per hour through the canyon area.
2:45 p.m. A white mutt with a brown head was barking on Cynthia Drive.
6:19 p.m. Two Kalispell woman fought over a horse-related incident.
8:21 p.m. Reportedly, a dog on Eagle Drive “never shuts up.”
8:47 p.m. Someone was seen driving their dirty 4Runner down the wrong lane of Highway 35 in Kalispell.
WEDNESDAY 2/17
9:23 a.m. Someone found a newspaper stand sitting in the middle of Snowl- ine Lane.
12:05 p.m. A woman on Highway 35 in Kalispell reported that her fog lights have gone missing.
1:48 p.m. A Columbia Falls man report- ed that stray dogs have been congre- gating in his front yard.
1:57 p.m. Reportedly, a pit bull that probably lives in the nearby salvage yard was loose and running through tra c. The salvage yard owner denied any association with the animal.
2:49 p.m. A Columbia Falls woman called in to discuss the neighbor dog’s access to her yard and inappropriate behavior while visiting her yard.
3:21 p.m. A Bigfork woman reported that a man found some of her dresser drawers and bank statements lying on the side of the road.
8:20 p.m. A terrier on Foothill Road barked for approximately 10 minutes before a neighbor called in to com- plain.
