The instrument under which this sale is to be conducted is that certain Montana First Trust Indenture and Security Agreement dated December 7, 2012, which was re- corded December 7, 2012, under Document Reception No. 201200029375, records
of the Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana (the “Trust Indenture”).
