A. Grantors, or their successors in interest, have defaulted under the Promissory Note and Deed of Trust recorded as Document No.200520708540 in that they failed to pay the Promissory Note payments due and ow- ing for November and December 2014, leaving payments due and owing of $2,869.89, including penalty and interest to December 23, 2014 plus all taxes, penalty and interest due thereafter.
B. Grantors, or their successors in interest, have defaulted under the Promissory Note and Deed of Trust recorded as Document No.201100020596 in that it failed to pay the Promissory Note payments due and owing for August and September, 2014, and further failure to pay the entire balance due and owing on said Promissory Note on October 5, 2014, when due, the amount of said default being 111,082.15, including penalty, interest and late fees to December 23, 2014, plus all taxes, penalty and interest due thereafter.
6. Amount Owing.
A. The amount owing under the Promissory Note and Deed of Trust recorded as Document No.200520708540 is the sum of $108,088.39, plus interest at the rate of 7.75% per annum from December 23, 2014, to the date of payment, plus all taxes, penalty, interest, late fees, costs and attorneys fees which are allowed by law.
B. The amount owing under the Promissory Note and Deed of Trust recorded as Document No.201100020596 is the sum of $111,082.15, plus interest at the rate of 7.75% per annum from December 23, 2014, to the date of pay- ment, plus all taxes, penalty, interest, late fees, costs and attorneys fees which are allowed by law.
7. Acceleration. Notice is hereby given that the Ben- eficiary under the Deeds of Trust and the undersigned Substitute Trustee have elected and do hereby elect to consider all principal and interest to be immediately due and payable in consequence of the default of Grantor under the Promissory Notes and Deeds of Trust.
8. Notice of Sale: Notice is hereby given that the Benefi- ciary under the Deeds of Trust and the Substitute Trustee hereby elect to sell or cause to be sold the Property described above to satisfy the obligations secured by the Deeds of Trust. The sale will be held at the following date, time and place:
