as security for the payment of the Promissory Note of Grantor made, executed and delivered on the 30th day of March, 2009, to FLATHEAD BANK, Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was duly re- corded on the 9th day of April, 2009, as Document No. 200900009821,

That by instrument heretofore recorded, Kai Groenke, an attorney au- thorized to practice law in the state of Montana, was substituted as Trustee.
That a breach of the obligation for which such transferring in Trust as security has occurred, and the default for which this foreclosure is made consists of the failure of Grantor or any other person to pay the payments due all as provided in said Promissory Note and Deed of Trust.
That the amounts owing on said obligation secured by said Deed of Trust as of December 17, 2014 is the principal sum of $489,604.42, plus late charges in the amount of $407.82 and accrued interest of $4,683.80, making the total obligation as of said date the sum of $494,696.04, with interest at the daily rate of $80.4829 from December 1, 2014 until paid, and together with Trustees and Attorney’s fees incurred in connection herewith.

that the Beneficiary hereunder has elected to consider all of the principal and interest due in consequence
of said default in accordance with the terms of said Promissory Note and Deed of Trust, and has elected
to sell, or cause to be sold, the real property described herein to satisfy said obligation.
That on the 18th day of May, 2015, at the hour of 11:00 o’clock, A.M., at the entrance of the offices of Johnson,
