SUNDAY 4/19
9:50 a.m. A local woman reported
that the neighbor man has a habit of standing in his backyard and shooting crows, ravens and turkeys. Apparent- ly, this is an ongoing problem.
11:01 a.m. Someone in Whitefish re- ported that their neighbor has been gone for days and had abandoned her two dogs. However, an animal warden found the woman home and the dogs well taken care of.
3:17 p.m. A foul-mouthed man with a long grey pony tail threatened to leave his garbage at the dump, despite being instructed not to.
5:54 p.m. Reportedly, the frantic driver of an old, tan van passed on a double yellow line and nearly caused an acci- dent on Highway 93 South.
9:14 p.m. An evening of adult beverages and badminton ended in a drunken shoving match and hurtful words.
9:52 p.m. A Bigfork man reported that a Kalispell man armed with a stick attacked and damaged his wife’s Oldsmobile.
MONDAY 4/20
7:41 a.m. A Martin City man reported that his neighbor threatened to throw a rock at his brother.
7:46 a.m. A local woman reported that someone’s medium sized brown dog was sitting in her car.
9:19 a.m. Horses were at large near the House of Mystery.
11:31 p.m. A shoeless girl was spotted napping in the grass near a shopping center in Kalispell.
1:42 p.m. A teenaged boy was found sleeping in the grass along Anderson Lane. He was picked up and delivered to his grandmother.
5:43 p.m. A young man was seen “slumped over the wheel” of his car as he swerved down Highway 2 West.
7:27 p.m. A Kalispell man called 911 to report that his girlfriend’s parents were on his property.
7:59 p.m. A Stonecrest Drive resident reported that two horses and a donkey just passed through his yard.
8:07 p.m. Reportedly, several Ameri- Corps members were bullied by a drunken man in a red station wagon.
TUESDAY 4/21
8:59 a.m. A Hungry Horse resident complained that a man in a busted up Ford Mustang habitually spins out behind the school.
10:17 a.m. A Stillwater Loop resident reported that the neighbors’ dogs were out again.
11:52 a.m. Reportedly, a Lakeside man smeared dog feces on neighborhood
homes and ripped several fences out of
the ground.
12:35 p.m. A “cranky” Columbia Falls
man reported that the neighbors, the ones who don’t like him very much, were burning “suspicious” materials in their bonfire.
1:11 p.m. A Kalispell man reported that his neighbor owns several cats and dogs.
6:53 p.m. One small red head and his three accomplices were caught tres- passing in Lakeside.
1:52 a.m. A resident on George Lane in Columbia Falls reported that a man just urinated in his yard and, at the time of the call, appeared to be hiding behind a large tree.
WEDNESDAY 4/22
8:22 a.m. A Lakeside man reported that his neighbor’s dog was barking.
10:44 a.m. A local man called in after hearing that his ex-wife was at his house removing the siding and “burn- ing” his wires. A deputy found her at the house, where she apparently lives, cleaning. Nothing was destroyed.
11:24 a.m. There was talk of illegal dumping on Deer Island.
3:15 p.m. A barking dog was heard on Grass Range Place in Columbia Falls.
4:03 p.m. A local man reported that someone broke through the window of his trailer and stole his prescription medications.
4:56 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that her children’s dad and his soon- to-be ex-wife have been harassing her.
5:36 p.m. A woman on Gracie Lane re- ported that a medium sized brown dog was in her front yard.
6:40 p.m. An old yellow lab was seen wandering without purpose down Foys Lake Road.
THURSDAY 4/23
9:24 a.m. Five mailboxes were de- stroyed on Highway 2 West last night.
10:29 a.m. An employee of a business on Highway 2 East reported that who- ever damaged their sink and smeared grease all over the walls left their purse behind.
11:09 a.m. A woman on Parliament Drive complained that her skinny ex- friend was outside digging through her car.
11:14 a.m. A one-eyed pug and two pit bulls were spotted patrolling the neighborhood of Van Sant Road.
2:51 p.m. A dog described as brown, fluffy, and uncatchable was loose and attempting to cross Highway 2 West.
11:16 p.m. A woman on Western Drive reported that the neighbors are smok- ing pot again and she can smell it.
