SUNDAY 5/3
2:46 p.m. Someone called in to talk about drone laws.
3:14 p.m. A woman accidentally called 911 after shoving her phone down her shirt.
5:41 p.m. Someone called from Hutton Ranch Road claiming that the driver of a Geo Metro was dumping beer out their window.
6:11 p.m. Young boys were spotted scurrying about on the trains that were stopped near Appleway Drive. They were told to get down and their parents were notified.
9:16 p.m. A Kila woman called in claim- ing that the spaniels she called about yesterday were out again. The owner of the dog denied the accusation, stat- ing that all of his spaniels were con- tained.
MONDAY 5/4
7:47 a.m. A Kalispell man reported that his dog was stolen by his neighbor last Friday and, at the time of the call, was still being held captive.
8:39 a.m. Numerous people reported watching a woman try to slash the tires of a Mercedes that was parked at the old Walmart. When she was unsuccessful a man approached and finished the job. Apparently, the tires were not slashed, but the air was let out of the tires.
8:58 a.m. An employee of a Hungry Horse grocery store has surveillance footage of a local woman stealing meat and other food items.
9:52 a.m. Over the weekend, kids with BB guns shot out at least 50 windows on Airport Road.
11:08 a.m. Two horses were loose on the North Fork Road.
12:10 p.m. A small pack of high school kids were seen throwing bricks and rocks through the windows of a build- ing on Second Street West.
4:22 p.m. A Grandale Drive resident complained that the neighbor woman trespassed onto her property and threw things at her dogs. The neighbor denied the accusation. The women were advised to leave each other alone.
6:25 p.m. A man on Grandview
Drive complained that the neighbor woman’s Bible study friends drive too fast.
10:21 p.m. A Kalispell man reported that his drunken neighbors were too loud with their arguing, cursing, and laughing.
TUESDAY 5/5
7:33 a.m. Someone saw a white pickup truck dragging a trash can down Farm to Market Road.
10:44 a.m. Three repeat canine offend- ers were on the loose on Helena Flats
Road.
11:33 a.m. An uncatchable dog was
spotted on Farm to Market Road. 4:07 p.m. Another call was made re-
garding the stealth of the stray dog on
Farm to Market Road.
4:23 p.m. A local man reported that
his roommate has set up surveillance
cameras throughout the house. 6:38 p.m. A woman on Potter Lane in
Columbia Falls heard a cannon go off. She stated that this is the first one she’s heard all year.
9:44 p.m. A stolen six-foot-tall bike was found at a hotel on Shady Lane and returned to its owner.
WEDNESDAY 5/6
8:21 a.m. Reportedly, people drive too fast down Farm to Market Road.
8:27 a.m. Someone on Highway 2 West found a goat wearing a collar made out of a belt. The goat was returned to its home on Smith Lake Road.
8:29 a.m. A house on Conrad Drive was nailed with paintballs.
8:29 a.m. Someone on Highway 2 West reported that someone broke the pas- senger side window and went through her car, but stole nothing.
10:13 a.m. A local man complained that his current tenant has collected near- ly 100 tires and crammed them into the front yard.
10:59 a.m. A Columbia Falls resident complained that the neighbor’s dogs are constantly in his yard.
12:45 p.m. A woman on Airport Road claimed that she was trapped in her car by two medium-sized dogs drag- ging leashes. She was able to escape without injury.
6:20 p.m. A disgusted woman reported that a man yelled out to her “this is how I hike,” then dropped his pants.
10:04 p.m. There was a major mix- up involving traveling dogs, Hungry Horse, and an estranged husband.
THURSDAY 5/7
8:22 a.m. Three aimless cows were seen wandering down Alpine Drive in Bigfork.
11:36 a.m. A 32 oz. fountain soda and a package of deviled eggs was reported stolen from a Columbia Falls gas sta- tion.
3:20 p.m. A Columbia Falls man called in with hypothetical questions regard- ing the use of pepper spray in a bar.
4:28 p.m. A resident on Caroline Road reported that his neighbor scattered nails out onto his driveway. Appar- ently, these types of issues have been going on since the 80’s. The neighbor denied the accusation, but confirmed that the neighborly conflict has been going on for decades.
