MONDAY 5/25
9:17 a.m. There was a report of suspi- cious activity behind a local casino.
10:05 a.m. Two miniature horses and two regular sized horses were all loose and running together down Angel Point Road in Lakeside.
10:38 a.m. A Kalispell man reported that another man was at his house de- manding that he pay a $10 debt that was, apparently, owed to him by yet another man. Additionally, he claimed that his life depended on his ability to come up with the $10 by noon.
2:16 p.m. A small child was heard sing- ing into the phone during an acciden- tal call to 911.
5:41 p.m. Reportedly, someone was clinging to the side of a Ford Explorer that was traveling down Alpine Drive.
5:48 p.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that her soon-to-be ex-ten- ant tore part of her fence down and burned it.
10:05 p.m. Boys were seen smoking marijuana in a red pickup parked on Montford Road.
10:37 p.m. A local woman reported that trespassers were using a spotlight and some sort of “droid” to spot animals on her property.
TUESDAY 5/26
6:24 a.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that the neighbor man is a reckless driver and this morning left black skid marks on the road.
8:22 a.m. A Kalispell woman reported that her neighbor set up a temporary corral on her property and has refused to take it down.
8:33 a.m. A resident on Hoffman Draw in Kila reported that someone has, over a period of time, stolen numerous items out of their garage and toys from her front yard.
11:42 a.m. A runaway chocolate Lab was seen wandering down Rocky Cliff Drive.
12:54 p.m. A man on Ardell Drive re- ported that the neighbor’s dog is deaf, but highly aggressive.
7:23 p.m. The drivers of two sports cars were seen racing each other down Highway 2 East.
7:34 p.m. Three children were caught starting fires under a bridge on East Evergreen Drive. It is suspected that these are the same kids who earlier spray painted the neighborhood.
WEDNESDAY 5/27
9:50 a.m. A Pomeranian on Newberry Circle barks incessantly, despite its new bark collar.
Road returned home to find a home- made airplane parked on her property and that the pilot, presumably, has been squatting in her farm house.
11:42 a.m. A resident on Rainbow Drive reported, among other things, that the neighbor’s horses were loose last year. He was advised to call back when and if the horses get loose again.
12:55 p.m. A Columbia Falls resident reported that horses jumped the fence “just east of the teepee” and were, at the time of the call, grazing in another pasture.
5:37 p.m. Reportedly, an overtly lewd and aggressive man tossed a handful of nails out onto the county road de- partment parking lot.
9:57 p.m. A resident on Fourth Avenue West complained that two boys and
a teenaged girl, who was hanging out the window, were cruising up and down the road blasting extremely loud music.
12:08 a.m. A woman on Flathead Drive reported that her ex-roommate has her clothes, books and makeup and is refusing to give them back.
2:36 a.m. A highly motivated black bear returned, after numerous gun shots, to a neighborhood on Jellison Road for more trash can action.
THURSDAY 5/28
7:23 a.m. A “mini horse” was seen run- ning along the fence line on Angel Point Road.
8:31 a.m. Two cows, a black angus and a “yellow one with horns,” were seen wandering down Middle Road in Co- lumbia Falls.
9:30 a.m. The president of a local home owners association called in com- plaining that one of the more non- compliant residents recently built a deck on the front of their home.
11:46 a.m. Reportedly, transients hang- ing out in the bushes along the Rails to Trails bike path “scared the heck” out of two women walking along the path.
1:42 p.m. A woman on Jaquette Road called in with questions regarding a recent bat and cat fight that occurred in her yard.
2:13 p.m. An employee of a local store reported that a rough-looking man with a tattooed face stole a bong and other bong-related materials.
8:07 p.m. Someone reported that a run- away cow was standing on East Edge- wood Drive.
9:06 p.m. Someone reported that a bunch of kids left a pile of beer cans at the river.
