Talk of makers and maker cul- ture is everywhere these days. Mak- ing brings together tech-
nology, art and DIY, with hands-on projects and cre-
ative reinventions.
If you’re new to the maker discussion, let’s break it down into a menu of choices. Try and taste, sip and savor.
Beverage
As you peruse the menu, start sipping on “The Art of Tinkering: Meet 150+ Makers Working at the Intersection of Art, Science and Technology” by Karen Wilkinson.

Glacier Symphony & Chorale present a free open-
air orchestra concert. Gates open at 6p.m. offering picnicking along with food vendors and a festival beer and wine garden. Patrons are asked to bring lawn chairs and blankets. The concert will be held rain or shine with seating under tents.
