A Love Letter...
Running a tight ship isn’t easy. You need a Captain. They’re in charge and do a lot of really
important stuff. Decision making, coursing the boat, brewing fine ass beer, yada yada. But the crew is where the heart is, they’re on the front lines. They put beer into your glass! It sounds easy, but it’s not. They’re multitasking; learning your name, getting that other guy a beer, washing the dirties, filling a growler, and sometimes even dealing with horrible internet service. Still sound easy? Well, it’s only bartending man...but we are so proud to call this crew, ‘the Bonsai Crew’. They have heart and they truly care. They’re the best. This one goes out to them!
