The Natural Resources Conservation Service, USDA, is seeking to lease approximately 2600 contiguous rentable square feet yielding 2300 con- tiguous ANSI/BOMA o ce area square feet of fully serviced o ce space in Kalispell, MT. Space o ered must be within the city limits of Kalispell and must meet all state and local building regulations and Archi- tectural Barriers Act Accessibil- ity Standards (ABAAS). New or existing space with renovations will be considered. Space must be available for occupancy by September 13, 2016. All services, supplies, utilities, and janitorial (full service lease) are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The lease term is ve years with a ve year option. The lease will have a 120-day termination clause. The Government is considering alternative space if economical- ly advantageous. In making this determination, the Govern- ment will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and tele- communication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
