Indenture, that certain Commercial Security Agreement dated October 25, 2007, and the UCC Financing Statement perfecting a purchase money security interest in all inventory, chattel paper, accounts, equipment and general intan- gibles, recorded with the Montana Secretary of State’s Office on November 21, 2007, under filing number 94377999. The default for which this foreclosure is made is the failure of CYA, Inc.
to pay when due the payments provided for in the Promissory Note in the amount of $725 per month, due on the 1st day of each month, for a total sum of Five Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($5,100) plus accruing penalty, interest and late fees.
