If you’re looking for a way to support a good cause and dine on some of the fi Xn e x s x t x f x o x o d a r o u n d , t h e n F l a t h e a d V a l l e y C o m m u n i t y C o l l e g e ’ s C h e f ’ s T a b l e is the event for you. Every year, FVCC Chef Howard Karp teams up with his Culinary Institute of Montana students to serve a series of three-course meals in the kitchen. This year’s themes include southern cuisine, Indian food and wine. It kicks off on Friday, Oct. 9 (check online for later dates). Tickets start at $45 and money raised goes toward student scholarships.
