the Beneficiary named below has requested the Trustee named below to sell, at public sale, under the “Small Tract Financing Act of Montana”, (M.C.A.71-1-301, et seq.), the following described real property located in Flathead County, Montana:

7. The Trust Indenture is being fore- closed for the reason that the Grantor is in default on the Promissory Note to James Norvell secured by said Trust
Indenture in that Grantor has failed to make the payments required by said Promissory Note.
8. The amount owing on the Promis- sory Note is as follows: Principal: $105,174.93
Interest to 08/01/14 $3,671.03
Interest accrues at the daily rate of approximately $20.17 from August 1, 2014, until paid. The total balance due on the obligation secured by the Trust Indenture is the sum of the above items, including interest to the date of payment, plus fees and costs allowed by law.
9. Notice is hereby given that the Beneficiary under the Trust Indenture and the undersigned Trustee have elected, and do hereby elect to consider all principal and interest to be immediately due and payable in consequence of the default of Grantor under the promissory Note and Trust Indenture.
10. The Beneficiary has elected to sell the property described above to satisfy the obligation described above. The Beneficiary has directed the Trustee to carry out such sale.
11. The property described above will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on Janu- ary 29, 2015.
12. The place of such sale shall be at Kaufman Vidal Hileman Ellingson PC, 22 Second Avenue West, Suite 4000, Kalispell, MT 59901.
Said sale is a public sale, and any person, except the undersigned, but particularly including the Beneficiary, may bid at the sale. The terms of the sale are that the bid price will be paid in cash; conveyance of the premises shall be by Trustee’s Deed. The pur- chaser shall be entitled to possession of the property on the tenth (10th) day following the sale.
