2:41 p.m. A dog was at large on Highway 93 South near Whitefish.
2:54 p.m. A resident on Highway 35
in Kalispell reported that his land- lord threatened him and his neighbor turned his water off.
5:02 p.m. There was talk of vicious cat activity on Ashley Lake Road in Kila.
6:28 p.m. An intoxicated man was seen pushing his bike along Highway 35 in Bigfork. Someone gave him a ride, as his ability to walk or peddle was se- verely compromised.
9:43 p.m. Two suspicious looking indi- viduals were spotted standing on the overpass in Evergreen.
11:56 p.m. A Bigfork resident reported that a black bear was outside pushing on the patio door and knocking the trash cans over.
TUESDAY 10/14
9:07 a.m. A woman on Ridgewood Drive reported that she was viciously attacked by a stray cat last night.
9:17 a.m. Reportedly, someone who re- cently moved from a home on Parlia- ment Drive took their dogs but ditched the cats.
9:19 a.m. Someone was seen driving through Somers with a gas nozzle and a hose dangling alongside the car.
10:31 a.m. A Whitefish resident report- ed that a few of his tree stands have gone missing.
10:31 a.m. A chicken was lost to a stray dog in Hungry Horse.
2:16 p.m. A Kila resident reported that someone stole his chainsaw in May.
2:38 p.m. A Columbia Falls resident reported that the neighbor’s chickens were at large again.
4:06 p.m. A Somers woman spotted the same shaggy terrier twice within the past hour.
7:12 p.m. Someone traveling down Highway 2 West reported that a grill fell out of another man’s truck and skidded across the highway. The driv- er didn’t seem to notice.
7:59 p.m. A Kings Way resident re- ported that the neighbor’s 12-year-old daughter drove by her house at a high rate of speed. She later found the car abandoned in the ditch.
9:57 p.m. A Whitefish woman com- plained that a drunken woman was outside trying to steal her dog.
WEDNESDAY 10/15
8:22 a.m. A resident on Blanchard Lake Road called in to discuss fast moving dump trucks.
12:12 p.m. A resident on Foothill Road complained that the neighbors were throwing rocks onto her property. The neighbor stated that rocks and
manure must have fallen off his truck
when he drove through the easement. 3:41 p.m. A woman on Ridgewood
Drive reported that someone cut her
sunflowers down.
4:45 p.m. A Somers resident found a
medium sized dog in her yard.
4:30 a.m. Cars loaded down with teen-
agers both in and on top of the cars were drag racing through a parking lot on East Evergreen Drive. They were told to go home and go to bed.
THURSDAY 10/16
9:05 a.m. A woman on Whitefish Stage reported that stray cats have been congregating in her yard.
9:53 a.m. A Kalispell man reported that he has only been in his rental for three weeks and his landlord is already try- ing to evict him.
10:10 a.m. A kid fight was broken up on Ridgewood Drive.
11:12 a.m. A yellow lab was taken to the animal shelter after eating a Rhodes Draw resident’s garbage.
11:46 a.m. Teenaged girls were seen drinking Bud Light in the back of a pickup in a Kalispell parking lot.
2:24 p.m. A dog was spotted running along Highway 93 South.
2:42 p.m. A Kalispell woman was as- saulted by her grandma.
3:40 p.m. Someone called 911 after spotting a chocolate lab on Highway 93 South.
4:16 p.m. The new bartender of a Hun- gry Horse establishment reported that a man who claimed to represent both the former bartender and the town of Hungry Horse told her that she was
in a “world of hurt” and that “the bar
would never be the same.”
9:38 p.m. Someone reported that eight
drunken drivers sped into a Bigfork parking lot at a high rate of speed. At the time of the call the drivers were out, milling around among the cars. A deputy determined that none were intoxicated.
SUNDAY 10/19
10:44 a.m. A Kalispell woman found some weed whackers in her front yard.
1 p.m. A local man reported that his neighbor told him that another man was sitting on his front porch reading the paper.
3:53 p.m. a woman on Fourth Avenue East reported that someone dumped a blue heeler puppy into her backyard.
4:33 p.m. A handicapped woman com- plained that she received a ticket for parking in a handicapped spot.
7:57 p.m. A man with a significant his- tory of bad behavior accidentally called 911. He was advised to take care of his warrants.
