BEAUTYSHOP QUARTET TO PERFORM IN WHITEFISH
Billed by Variety magazine as “one act that should not be missed,” the White sh Theatre Co. is thrilled to present The Kinsey Sicks, America’s favorite Dragapella Beautyshop Quartet. Complementing their clever and comedic lyrics with their nely blended voices and over-the- top drag, this outrageous par- ody troupe is performing only one night at the O’Shaughnessy Center in White sh on Nov. 11 at 8 p.m.
For over 20 years, The Kinsey Sicks, an award-winning, all-male quartet, has served up a feast of music and comedy to audiences all over the world.
Tickets are $35 with reserved seating. This show is for mature audi- ences only. Tickets can be purchased at the box o ce, 1 Central Ave., White sh, or by calling 862-5371. its origins. Pichetchaiyakul, whose work is known worldwide, lent his “Chief Sit- ting Bull” bust to the show, and plans on bringing a couple more for the reception. He is considered among the world’s leading sculptors of portraiture and hyper-realism, and is particularly well-regarded in Thailand.
Sorg’s pieces focus on her deep con- nection to nature, with a special atten- tion to birds for this show. She works as a graphic designer and illustrator, and her art has been shown in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and also hangs in the Dick Idol Gallery in White sh and at Wild Eye in Kalispell.
She said she’s excited about the show at Snappy’s, especially with all the new space.
“It seems like a gallery more than just an upstairs now,” Sorg said.

A pro- li cpainter,Jimmersonisconsidereda “Glacier Park Artist” after his painting, “Heavy Shield,” was o cially chosen as artwork for Glacier Park’s 2010 Centen- nial celebration. He was also selected as the artist for the 80th Anniversary of the Glacier International Peace Park Assembly.
One of Sorg’s originals recently sold, and Jimmerson said the gallery tends to attract all types. But now that it is larger and capable of hosting shows, Jimmer- son contends the cozy, intimate feel of the gallery will remain the same.
“A lot of people want to talk to the art- ist,” he said. “We get people from all over the world up here.”
