Terry and Debbie Kramer of Kalispell are expanding the Fru- gals franchise across multiple states.
The Kramers, who own and operate Kramer Enterprises, have landed a contract to develop a min- imum of four new restaurants. The Kalispell husband and wife duo have the rights to sites in Idaho, Utah, eastern Washington and western Montana.
Terry Kramer said the goal is to break ground on the rst restau- rant, either in Spokane or Boise, in the coming months and open two to three new sites a year for several years. The Kramers will oversee management of the franchises through a separate company and build the sites through Kramer Enterprises, which specializes in develop- ing restaurants. Most recently, Kramer Enterprises has built the new Burger King, Popeyes and Krispy Kreme in Kalispell and is in the pro- cess of creating the Brass Tap Beer Bar on the north side of town.
Frugals is a double drive-thru fast food restaurant that is headquar- tered in Port Angeles, Washington. Along with the Kalispell location, there are currently sites in Port Angeles, Auburn and Tacoma.
