PET ADOPTION EVENT
Eight healthy, lively, curious “teenage” kitties” rescued by the Spay & Neuter Task Force will be available for adoption from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, in the lobby of the Holiday Inn Express (behind Lowe’s) in Kalispell. The kit- ties range in age from 4 to 11 months old. They are “ xed,” vaccinated and microchipped. They also are litter box trained and use scratching posts. Most of these young cats are comfortable with cat-savvy pets and older children. A few are very shy and need a calm, safe-feeling environment. Anyone interested in adopting must bring a pet carrier to the event. A small adoption fee helps fund the care of other rescued animals.

BLITZEN
Can you believe what an INCREDIBLY HANDSOME DUDE I am? Hi, my name’s Blitzen ... yes, just like one of Santa’s reindeer. I’m a 5 year-old Border Collie mix who enjoys long walks, playing with my toys and being outside exploring. Even though I’m a sweet guy, I’m selective re- garding my human companions, need to be around chil- dren at least 10 years old and need to be your only pet.
