Commercial Credit Analyst
As the Assistant Real Estate Underwriter, responsibilities include review/ underwrite residential mortgage loans to ensure compliance with bank and secondary market standards, including FHA and VA. As the Commercial Credit Analyst responsibilities include analyze commercial credits against established credit criteria. Must be able to ful ll the responsibilities with little or no supervision and make prudent decisions. Written and oral communication are important in varying degrees. Must be organized with an attention to detail. Business/Accounting related Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum three years experience with conventional, government and Freddie Mac loan underwriting preferred, as well as three years credit analysis experience preferred.
