MONDAY 12/8
9:04 a.m. Two dogs successfully es- caped from their home in Marion.
9:07 a.m. Three stray goats have been spending an excessive amount of time loitering on the back decks and front yards of homes on Ridgeway Court in Columbia Falls.
11:27 a.m. A woman on Rusty Trail called in to discuss the unwelcome ac- tivities of her drunken roommate.
1:42 p.m. A Holt Stage resident called in to report numerous injustices, includ- ing thefts and trespasses.
2:58 p.m. A man on Cynthia Drive complained that the neighbor’s dog habitually hops the fence and eats his garbage.
4:14 p.m. Reportedly, an injured goose was attacked by unrelenting birds on Mennonite Church Road.
TUESDAY 12/9
8:40 a.m. A minivan with a big red bow on the back and a Subaru were stolen from East Edgewood Drive in Whitefish.
8:48 a.m. A Columbia Falls woman re- ported that someone’s ram has been hanging around her yard for the past week.
9:48 a.m. A resident on Ridgeway Court complained that three goats were doing goat things in her yard.
10:53 p.m. A Columbia Falls woman reported that a county inmate calls her every night.
11:48 a.m. A woman on Airport Road reported that dogs are constantly roaming in and out of her front yard. She believes that they may have taken down a deer.
1:36 p.m. There is talk that local, stray dogs have infiltrated the Walmart. 4:45 p.m. A car, not the driver, called
911. There was no emergency.
11:21 p.m. A man called from Airport
Road to report that his roommate locked him out and left his computer out in the snow.
WEDNESDAY 12/10
9:54 a.m. Someone donated a jelly jar full of marijuana to a local thrift store.
10:55 a.m. A German Shepherd was seen running through a local wreck- ing yard.
11:22 a.m. Reportedly, a small pack of kids were roaming the neighborhood of Edgewood Drive and rummaging through mailboxes.
11:50 a.m. A chocolate Lab has gone missing from his home in Somers. 2:36 p.m. Someone called 911 after
watching two teenage boys capture another boy and shove him into the trunk of their car. A deputy found the boys and discovered that the boy was
happy to ride in the trunk. The boys were advised to stay out of the trunk and walk if there were not enough seats in the vehicle.
THURSDAY 12/11
8:21 a.m. A Somers man complained that the neighbor broke the window on his shed. He advised law enforce- ment that he planned to go over and sideswipe the neighbor’s vehicle in retaliation.
9:02 a.m. A Columbia Falls woman re- ported that the neighbor’s dog is al- ways coming over and leaving things in her yard. The exact nature of the “things” left by the dog was not de- scribed.
10:02 a.m. A “gorgeous” German shep- herd was on the run down Whale- bone Drive. Someone worried it would get hit.
11:29 a.m. Dogs were chasing deer on Hems Road in Columbia Falls.
1:03 p.m. An employee of a Columbia Falls gas station reported that an an- gry customer stole his cigarette and threw it at his face.
1:04 p.m. A large chocolate lab was spotted on Sulky Lane.
3:02 p.m. Pit bulls were spotted near the front entrance of the airport.
4:46 p.m. Reportedly, a gang of 10-year-olds attempted to break into the back door of the Lakeside post of- fice.
6:57 p.m. A Bigfork woman is missing cash and food from her fridge.
8:31 p.m. A Bigfork resident called 911 to complain that the downstairs neighbor was vacuuming and slam- ming doors.
SUNDAY 12/14
8:49 a.m. A dog on Timber Lane Ter- race barks excessively, day and night.
10:03 a.m. Several Christmas trees were stolen off of a lot on Highway 2 East.
11:32 a.m. A man out walking his dog on Goat Trail reported that the neigh- bor’s three dogs attacked both him and his dog.
1:13 p.m. Dogs were loose on Stovepipe Road.
6:09 p.m. A Cougar Trail resident re- ported that two “bums” wearing over- alls and “funny hats” were lurking around near the neighbor’s property.
6:23 p.m. A Lakeside resident com- plained that the neighbors are shin- ing their floodlights into his bedroom window. This, apparently, is in retalia- tion for reporting their barking dog.
8:17 p.m. A woman called from Hun- gry Horse to report that her brother’s “crazy” girlfriend attacked her.
