MONDAY 12/15
9:11 a.m. A Kalispell man claimed that his son broke in and stole a computer cord.
11:34 a.m. A Kalispell woman reported that people from a survey company have been pressuring her to answer their questions. She feels uncomfort- able with their surveys.
2:34 p.m. The manager of some kind of business on Highway 2 East reported that someone stole his “e-cig juice” last night.
3:51 p.m. Someone in Bigfork reported that two large nutcrackers were stolen from his front entrance.
5:03 p.m. A man calling from a hotel room in Evergreen reported that his “friends” dropped by and stole his stuff. In retaliation, he took their keys and kept them there until his things were returned.
6:23 p.m. A Columbia Falls woman re- ported that every night, at about this time, a small child wanders outside and starts crying. The crying subject was a goat.
12:11 a.m. An adult man was scolded after he threw something at a passing car on Shady Lane.
TUESDAY 12/16
8:30 a.m. An inflatable Santa Claus and his reindeer have gone missing from their home on Shady Lane.
8:53 a.m. One very large light-up pea- cock disappeared from a front yard on Conrad Drive.
9:08 a.m. Two pit bulls bark constantly on East Cottonwood Drive.
9:18 a.m. A local woman received a check from “secret shoppers.” She suspected a scam and destroyed the check.
11:16 a.m. A Columbia Falls man re- ported that someone stole his loaded money clip.
11:27 a.m. A Kalispell woman is miss- ing some artwork and a pair of skis. She thinks they may have been stolen.
1:09 p.m. An employee of local gas sta- tion reported that a man ran out the door with a stolen pop tart and Moun- tain Dew. However, he left his drugs and backpack behind.
2:20 p.m. A man reported that another man pulled a gun on him after con- fronting him regarding his reckless driving.
3:12 p.m. A Kila resident caught a hound dog and put it in their base- ment.
5:44 p.m. Two young boys were seen playing “chicken” with passing cars on Shady Lane.
7:04 p.m. A frightened Columbia Falls girl reported that kids were outside her house throwing snowballs at her window.
11:07 p.m. A Shady Lane resident re-
ported that his neighbors, who are from California, are weird.
WEDNESDAY 12/17
8:03 a.m. A Columbia Falls man com- plained that his vengeful neighbor is using his dogs, when they run astray, as target practice.
10:38 a.m. A complaint was made about a belligerent teenaged thief in Lake- side.
11:44 a.m. A local woman reported that someone claiming to be her grandson called and asked for bail money. She confirmed that it wasn’t actually her grandson.
12:06 p.m. Someone broke the dryer doors and tore tiles off the ceiling of a Kalispell business.
3:25 p.m. A “full” tailed German shep- herd has been chasing deer, pheas- ants, and cats through the Columbia Falls area.
7:59 p.m. A local woman knows where a bunch of wanted men are holed up.
THURSDAY 12/18
6:47 a.m. A Flathead Drive resident reported that a small female and her partner attempted to siphon gas out of his vehicle. The two drove off, but left behind a five gallon gas can.
8 a.m. A man was trespassed from a lo- cal business after circling the parking lot for an extensive period of time and acting generally suspicious.
9:55 a.m. A complaint was made about a suspicious young man on Birch Drive. A deputy found that nothing criminal had occurred and the man was instructed on how not to look so suspicious.
1:48 p.m. A Kalispell man received some weird mail.
3:08 p.m. A local business owner com- plained that someone in an RV pulled up and plugged his camper into one of the business’s electrical outlets.
3:49 p.m. Reportedly, a thief made off with a riding lawn mower and two couches from a Birch Grove Drive lo- cation.
4:25 p.m. An Evergreen man warned that he may resort to shooting a loose German shepherd if it doesn’t leave his yard.
5:17 p.m. A man reported that his pock- et was picked while shopping in a store on Highway 35 in Kalispell.
FRIDAY 12/19
2:21 p.m. A woman planning to move to the area called in asking about local crime.
4:23 p.m. Someone stole a fly fishing rod from a local sporting goods store.
SATURDAY 12/20
10:02 a.m. The stolen fly rod was found at a local pawn shop.
